Overview

Security for Car Washes

A car wash doesn't really close. The bays stay lit, the vacuums sit out in the open, and the pay stations hold cash and coins all night. That's why they get hit. Someone pries open a kiosk at 2 a.m., or a group parks in a self-serve bay and leaves it trashed, and you hear about it from the opening crew.

We install security cameras for car washes in Houston and monitor them live for washes across the USA. Our own trained staff watch your selected camera views from our monitoring facility, 24/7 or on a schedule you pick, like overnight when the tunnel's shut or late hours when the self-serve bays are open with nobody on site. When something's wrong, we follow the response plan we've agreed on with you: a verbal warning over two-way audio where your equipment supports it, a call to your designated contacts, and an incident report with clips or snapshots where available.

Video's useful in daylight too. It can help settle "your wash scratched my car" damage claims, catch people using bays and vacuums without paying, and show you when staff opened and closed. License plate recognition at the entrance or pay lanes adds plate reads to the footage.

Already have cameras? We work with many existing systems, and we'll check compatibility first. Run several washes? We'll cover one site or all of them. There's no price list. You'll get a custom quote based on your sites, cameras and hours.

Use Cases

Where We Help

Pay station and kiosk break-ins

Live eyes on pay stations and kiosks after close, so a pry bar at 1:40 a.m. gets noticed while it's happening.

Coin boxes and vacuums

We'll watch bay meters, vacuum coin boxes and hoses when there's nobody on site to see them.

After-hours bay misuse

Loitering, dumping and vandalism in self-serve bays get spotted, warned over audio where supported, and reported.

Damage claim review

Clips of a car going into and out of the tunnel can help settle "your wash scratched my car" disputes.

Opening and closing checks

Staff arrival and departure records show whether your crew opened on time and didn't forget to lock up.

Stalled tunnels and multiple sites

Scheduled virtual tours catch a stopped tunnel or trouble at any of your locations, including the ones you're not at.
